My experience with Ascend Events was seamless. We planned a wedding and as most weddings go, we were so busy! We rented tables and chairs for the brunch after the wedding. They were prompt with the delivery, even delivered early to accommodate our schedule. The pick up was on time and they gave us advanced notice with their ETA. Where do I start. From the initial phone call to delivery and pick up it was the easiest process ever. God knows I needed it to be easy as I was renting chairs for a memorial service for my mother and didn’t have the time nor the patience for anything to go wrong. I called up and everyone I dealt with was nothing short of helpful and amazing. I spoke with a gentleman who helped walk me through the process of ordering and paying for the chair rental ( super fast easy and very affordable) and Lindsey for the pick up (which took no time and front door service) Thank you to everyone and if you’re reading this and need to rent chairs or tables this is who you need to rent from. Mateo, Lindsey, and everyone else I dealt with were amazing. They took my calls and were always helpful no matter. The care and attention they give to each event and customer says a lot about their company. They always made us feel prioritized and made our vision for the events come to life. I hired them for my graduation party and for my office company party. They were very helpful. They never made me feel bad or guilty if I changed my mind on something or asked 21 questions lol. Their ordering process was easy and their pick up and drop off times were flexible and convenient. First off let me say this company customer service is Great … they were super professional , nice, and understanding. I rented “2” 6ft tables along with 6 folding chairs . They do offer delivery but I did a pick up and when I say I didn’t have to touch a thing.. easy process. I was worried that the tables wouldn’t fit in my car but they fitted perfectly fine. The owner loaded the tables and chairs into my car for pick up and also unloaded when I returned the rented items. Super nice family owned business. 5 star experience! 🤗

I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the service provided by Ascend Events, particularly Lindsey who was an absolute pleasure to work with! Lindsey made the entire process seamless. From the initial inquiry to the delivery and setup, she was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The equipment itself was top-notch. The tables and chairs were sturdy and comfortable, the mobile bar was exactly what we needed, and the Margarita machine was a huge hit with our guests! The photo booth was also a highlight, providing endless entertainment and capturing priceless memories. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ascend Events to anyone in need of party rentals. This company was amazing to work with! We had a really great experience with Ascend Events! They were very responsive, prices were very reasonable and the process to rent the supplies we needed was seamless! Very quick and simple contract process to get things aligned and they were great about a last minute addition we needed! Chairs and tables were in excellent condition, the mobile bar was a huge hit at our party! Very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again for my next event! 10/10 recommend!

My annual Christmas party was an absolute hit because of Ascend Events! Usually the weather allows us to break out our ugly Christmas sweaters and crave warm cookies but this last year was unseasonably warm. Ascend Events had my back and suggested I rent their margarita machine to keep my guests cool. My guests LOVED it!!! Lindsey and Mateo flawlessly set up everything before the event and even provided a delicious margarita recipe. The display was better than I had imagined and fit perfectly in the space. The tear down was scheduled for the next day and they made the whole process so seamless and easy that all I had to do was answer the door. It was so fun and all of my guests gave me compliments for the fantastic party addition. Thank you Ascend Events!! I can't wait for you to be a part of my next party!!
