Ascend Events were very accommodating and patient with all of my change request. Delivery and pick up was so simple. Communication was great. Definitely will be renting from them again.

Perfect experience with this company. I had to work up to the day of my event but they were able to communicate everything through text as I needed. I’ve rented chairs in the past and I will say these had more seating area. They were not cheep. Delivery personnel was exceptionally Pleasant so yes, I will be a returning customer!

Lindsey was super responsive and attentive to our ever changing needs. The photo booth was a hit with our guests. Definitely recommend for events!

Ascend Events was a joy to work with. We had to cancel and reschedule our event due to weather and Ascend made everything easy. They are prompt on their delivery and pick up times. Recommend and will use again.

This company is excellent! I cannot say enough about how exceptional their customer service is. Their website is streamlined and so easy to navigate to request an order. Within a couple of hours, they have already reached out and confirmed the order. Communication is great leading up to the event, during delivery, and pickup. I will continue to use them for services. I had a great experience renting tables and chairs from Ascend Events. The website was easy to navigate, quote was exact with no hidden fees, the owners communicate with you directly and make sure to answer any questions or concerns. I love that they are flexible with delivering a day before the event to take stress away from the day of and pickup is arranged on the day after the event if needed. I will be a returning customer its great to work with a friendly company!

We rented tables and chairs for an event, and everything was perfect! The items were clean, sturdy, and delivered well in advance of the requested date and time needed. Mateo and Lindsey were professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!!
